Single-Phase Gate Driver
Single-Phase gate driver ICs are designed for high-voltage, high-speed applications, capable of driving a single N-channel MOSFET or IGBT. TF Semiconductor's high-voltage process enables the single-phase gate driver’s to switch the high-side or low-side of an application circuit.
The single-phase gate driver delivers fast MOSFET or IGBT switching performance to maximize efficiency in high-frequency power converter designs. The low-side drivers are available in inverted output, noninverting output and Dual-Driver with dual inverted outputs, dual non-inverted outputs and combination inverted output + non-inverted output.
